🚀 Massive Summer Moves: 12 New Contracts, Strategic Alliances, & A 25% Agent PayoutCelebrating Juneteenth, stepping into the summer solstice, and expanding our footprint with major statewide partnerships.
Not only are we marking the arrival of the First Day of Summer and observing Juneteenth tomorrow, but things are moving at a blistering pace here at The Fletcher Group and Northeast Real Estate Management (NEREM).
We are officially pushing our boundaries again. We just put 12 brand-new property management contracts under contract, all scheduled to close and transition seamlessly by July 1st.
As we scale, we are hyper-focused on elevating the industry standard across the state. To do that, we’ve aligned ourselves with major partners and are opening up a massive new financial pipeline for local real estate agents who want to grow alongside us.
We are proud to announce that NEREM has officially joined the Rental Housing Authority of Maine. This alliance keeps us at the forefront of state housing policy, legislative adjustments, and compliance updates—ensuring your assets are protected by the sharpest regulatory standards in the market.
Additionally, we have officially stepped up as a Keller Williams Referral Program Partner.

MLS #: 1664087
An incredible, rare opportunity to purchase a sprawling industrial complex priced well below replacement costs in a market where similar properties are virtually non-existent. Perfect for an owner-user looking to expand or an investor executing a 1031 tax swap.
The Main Complex: A 7,400 SF industrial building boasting clear 18' ceilings and heavy 3-phase power.
The Infrastructure: A separate 2,400 SF dedicated office building, a 960 SF garage, and an additional outbuilding.
The Land: Over 9.1 rural acres with 21+ gravel parking spaces on-site—ideal for heavy equipment, fleet trucks, products, or storage.
The Opportunity: Exceptional flexibility for manufacturing, warehousing, or commercial distribution.
In a market where inventory is still building, the best deals often happen behind the scenes. We maintain a Private Inventory of off-market properties—homes and investment opportunities that haven't hit the MLS yet.
The true summer heatwaves hit fast in late June. Before the real humidity settles over Maine, take 10 minutes to protect your cooling systems and prevent tenant emergency calls.
The Tip: Don't just flip on your AC units—check the lines. If you are running central air or mini-splits, locate the exterior condensation drain line while the system is running. Ensure it is actively dripping outside. If it isn't, or if water is pooling under your indoor air handler, the drain line is clogged with dust or algae.
The Win: A clogged AC condensate line will back up quickly, causing water to overflow directly into your drywall, ceiling, or flooring. Taking 5 minutes to clear a line with a wet/dry vac or a line cleaner prevents a $500 emergency HVAC call-out or costly water damage remediation during peak summer.
Here is a piece of local history you might not know: Right across the river in Lewiston sits Bates College, originally founded in 1855 as the Maine State Seminary.
What makes it extraordinary is that it was the very first college in all of New England to admit both men and women to study together on equal terms. Even more remarkable for the era, it was one of the first colleges in the entire United States to actively accept Black students well before the abolition of slavery. Long before L/A became the economic engine of the state, it was leading the entire nation in educational equality.
