Rent Collection
Payments are collected via an online portal as well as check or money order. Due date of the 1st of the month and is considered late after the 5th of the month.

Kevin Fletcher has been in real estate for over 28 years but could never find a property management compnay that fit hit needs and hit his expecetations, which is how NEREM came to be.
Kevin now has a fully staffed management team with 24/7 on call maintenance and is building the management team to resent expencations all around Maine.
Kevin Sanborn, Head of Maintenance
Kevin Sanborn is the Head of Maintenance with Northeast Real Estate Management, a division of The Fletcher Group. Kevin has 20+ years of experience in the industry. He is a great team leader with many notches in his belt. He offers successful solutions for improvements within the properties he manages. Kevin is dedicated to his position and takes pride in his work. Kevin used to be a diesel mechanic in his family-owned business for 10 years before joining NEREM. While loving to work in the garage his passion has been in the construction industry and to offer his skills to others Kevin enjoys his time off by spending time with his family and being outdoors.
Charlene Mugisha, Property Manager
Charlene brings a rare combination of sharp industry intelligence and deep-rooted empathy to the NEREM team. With an extensive background in leasing, she doesn’t just see buildings; she sees homes. Known as an absolute grinder who won’t stop until the job is done, Charlene is driven by a singular mission: ensuring every tenant feels safe, respected, and truly at home.
