Mobile Home Parks: We are aggressively seeking parks with 10+ pads. We consider all conditions, from stabilized communities to turnaround projects with infrastructure challenges.
Multi-Family Residential: Apartment complexes and portfolios (5+ units preferred).
Small Bay Industrial/Flex: similar to our Hutchins Street project—service-oriented commercial spaces.
Target Markets:
Primary focus: Androscoggin, Cumberland, and York Counties.
Secondary focus: Statewide Maine opportunities with strong fundamentals.
Deal Structure:
We offer flexible terms, including cash closings, seller financing, and lease-option agreements.

KDF Holdings is a holding company for single-family and mobile home community investment properties for DHI. Its current holdings—including the recently acquired Pines MHP in Damariscotta—offer tenants quality housing opportunities and rental rates nearing 10-15% below fair market value. While KDF Holdings maintains a strong footprint in Lewiston and Auburn, it is aggressively seeking additional purchase opportunities throughout Maine, with a focus on the Oxford Hills, Augusta-Waterville, and Midcoast regions.
