Lewiston/Auburn, Maine — Northeast Real Estate Management (NEREM) is thrilled to announce a significant expansion of its property management portfolio. Effective May 1st, NEREM officially assumed management of H&S Reny Property Management, Inc.’s third-party clients, following the owners' decision to transition into retirement and semi-retirement.

For NEREM, this acquisition represents an exciting chapter of growth and a deepened commitment to serving and supporting the local community.

The owners of H&S Reny noted that when it came time to plan their exit, NEREM's leadership was the clear choice to carry their legacy forward.

“As the time approached for us as the owners of H&S Reny Property Management, Inc. to pursue retirement and semi-retirement, we needed to find a management team that we knew would continue to provide the level of service our third party clients had become accustomed to,” the H&S Reny owners said in a joint statement. “Having known Kevin Fletcher for many years and meeting the management team he has assembled, the choice was obvious. The team at Northeast Real Estate Management is professional and thorough: we have every confidence that our long time clients will be in good hands.”

Because the management takeover officially took effect on May 1st, the transition of accounts is already successfully underway. To ensure day-to-day operations continue without interruption, NEREM’s leadership team is taking a hands-on approach to client care.

The transition is being spearheaded by NEREM’s Director of Operations, Abigail Elsaesser, and Property Manager, Charlene Mugisha, who are working directly with the incoming clients to ensure their individual needs are met with the highest level of professionalism.
